Cops warn public to be on lookout for 'explosive device'
The PSNI have urged the public to be vigilant after they received information that an explosive device may have been left in the Leafair Park area of the city.
The police received reports this morning that there was a device in the area.
They have conducted searches but have, as yet, found nothing suspicious.
Police have urged local residents to report anything untoward.
“If you do see something that is out of place or arouses your suspicions, do not touch it,” advised Inspector Tony Moore.
