Concerns rise for the welfare of missing Dublin woman Brenda Delaney

Concerns are rising for the welfare of missing woman Brenda Delaney.

Brenda was last seen last Saturday, July 11 at her home in Avondale Court, Blackrock, Co Dublin at around 3.30am.

The 72-year-old is described as being around 5′ 4” in height with a slight build and with blonde/ grey hair and blue eyes.

Gardaí specifically want to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Blackrock Village between the hours of 3am and 8am on last Saturday.

They have re-issued an appeal for anyone who might have seen a woman matching the above description wearing a black hooded three-quarter length duffel-type coat and black gloves to come forward.

Gardaí are also asking to speak with anyone who was on the railway footbridge that gives access to the Blackrock Train Station or on the seafront close to the railway bridge at around 10am on Saturday, July 11.
