The two-year-old boy who died when a chest of drawers fell on him in Cloughmills, County Antrim, yesterday has been named as Archie Tafts.

The accident happened shortly after 12pm yesterday.

Archie's parents said they wanted to thank "all who expressed their condolences at this distressing and difficult time".

Heather Loughridge who works at a nearby mothers and toddlers group, said: "Archie was a lovely smiley wee fellow.

"He always took part in the singing and dancing at the end and really enjoyed it.

"When you hear these things, it puts everything else into perspective. It's hard for people to take in.

"It'll be hard for us all going back next week after the break."
