Beaten up for 'poking girl's bloke'
A Dublin woman has spoken of her trauma after suffering a brutal attack by two women, when one of them accused her of ‘poking’ her partner on Facebook.
Hairdresser Kim Dalton said she had a complete nervous breakdown as a result of the attack outside the Plaza Hotel in Tallaght on April 9 last year.
She was also left upset after she said it was wrongly claimed in court this week that she was attacked after calling her attackers “c**ts” and “big and fat”.
“I was extremely hurt over it. I suffered a lot through this. To hear stuff making me out to be a horrible person that isn’t true is so bad,” Kim said.
