Man arrested in connection with murder of Conor McKee
A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of North Belfast man Conor McKee.
The 42-year-old man was detained in the north of the city this morning and taken to a police station in Belfast for questioning.
31-year-old Conor was found dead at his Glenpark Street home on 7 January by his mother. He had been shot a number of times with a shotgun.
Mr McKee had two children with his partner.
At the time, a local woman said: "It makes you worry when you're living here, round the district, what could happen because nobody knows what the whole thing is about. I would be worried, the mummy was the one who found him.
"He was a lovely fella, very quiet, kept himself to himself. We grew up together, I lived across the street from him as kids and we would have played together. They were a lovely family, decent people."
