The 32-year-old man was arrested by gardai following the raid on the north side of the city.
Members of the Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau, Divisional Drugs Unit and Revenue's Customs Service conducted the operation at an address in the Cabra area of Dublin city.
The operation was part of intelligence led operation targeting the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Dublin area, gardai said.
During the operation herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €200,000 - pending analysis - was seized.
A 32-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation and is currently detained at Finglas Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996. He can be held for up to seven days.
The investigation is ongoing, gardai said.
