Even Justin Bieber is delighted Ireland beat Germany
Ireland beat the world champions in the Aviva Stadium last night, and it was incredible.
Shane Long's 71st minute winner will be remembered for years to come as the goal that sunk the Germans.
The team has, rightfully, received much praise on social media for their spirited win from the likes of Niall Horan, Enda Kenny and Dustin the Turkey.
There was one fairly well-known Canadian celebrity who we never thought would be interested in Ireland's Euro Qualifying campaign.
But, apparently, Justin Bieber is good mates with Robbie Keane.
And last night he took to Twitter (he has 68 million followers) to congratulate 'Keano' and the lads.
Love to my brother Keano and the Irish squad on a big win today. Got this vid of them listening to #WhatDoYouMean after the win. Love it.— Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) October 9, 2015
He even tweeted a short clip of one of his songs playing on the Ireland team bus after the win last night.
It wasn't nearly as celebratory as we'd thought but it is Justin Bieber...
Anyway, we take support from wherever it comes and it's good to have you on board Beebs...
