The tragic funeral of a man and his baby son was interrupted by four minutes of hardcore pornography.

According to the Mail, the appaling incident happened at the funeral of 33-year-old Simon Lewis Snr.

Lewis died in a car crash on New Year's Eve in Cardiff. His pregnant wife and his three-year-old daughter were also in the car.

Doctors feared for the health of the unborn baby and they performed an emergency C section three days after the crash but Simon Jnr died later that day.

At the incredibly sad double funeral service at the crematorioum yesterday a large screen was set up to play a video tribute but instead hardcore pornography appeared on one of the four screens that made up the large screen.

It took staff FOUR minutes to turn off the porn.

The authorities who run the crematorium, Cardiff Council, have launched an investigation.

The paper quotes a person who didn't want to be named who was at the service: "To the priest's credit he handled it extremely well. He apologised on behalf of Cardiff Council and said that in 30 years of doing the job, he had never seen such filth."

They also spoke to the celebrant Reverend Lionel Fanthorpe

"I remember looking up at the screen and seeing some type of video came on and a very loud noise.

"I look at my congregations instead of the TV screen, but when I heard this noise and members of the congregation moving towards the screen, I realised something was wrong.

"Members of the family were very distressed, and Simon's father-in-law was desperately upset.

"Thankfully an engineer came to fix it and turn it off. It seems to be some kind of electronic accident.

"I was extremely saddened for the family at losing Simon and the baby, and this was not what anybody could have ever imagined or wanted. My heart goes out to all the friends and family present."
