Gardai have renewed their appeal for a young boy who has been missing for over a week.

Officers in Arklow wish to renew their appeal to the public for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Cabdi Raxman Musse (14), who has been missing from Arklow, County Wicklow since 22 June. 

Cabdi was last seen on Wexford Road, Arklow shortly after 1pm on Monday last week.

The 14-year-old is described as being black, 5'3" in height, of thin build with black hair and brown eyes.

When last seen Cabdi was wearing a black and white coloured t-shirt, black jeans and black boots.

He is described as having very little English and may have some contacts with the Somalian and Ethopian Community in Dublin.

Gardaí are concerned for Cabdi's welfare and anyone with information is asked to contact Arklow Garda Station on 0402 26320, The Garda Confidential Line 1800 666111 or any Garda Station.
