Gardai issue fresh appeal for help to identify baby found in Bray

Gardaí in Bray are renewing their appeal for information about baby Alannah whose body was discovered in Bray, Co Wicklow on May 4 last year

On that day Gardaí at Bray began a probe following the discovery of the body of a new born baby girl at a Recycling facility in the town.

Her body was removed to Loughlinstown Hospital and a post-mortem examination was conducted the next day by the State Pathologist Dr. Marie Cassidy. 

The post mortem revealed that the child was not deliberately killed and that she was born some weeks earlier than was originally thought.
