Lotto chiefs have released details on where the EuroMillions ticket worth €500,000 was sold last night.

There was no winner of last night’s €58,432,586 million jackpot draw but one lucky player in Galway is waking up €500,000 richer this morning after scooping the EuroMillions Plus top prize. 

The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold on Thursday 30 March, the day before the draw, at the popular Siop Dowd Esso Service Station in the heart of the Gaeltacht in Carna, Connemara in Co. Galway.

The numbers in the main EuroMillions draw last night were 24, 26, 45, 17, 28.

The Lucky Star numbers are 04 and 12.

The winning numbers in the EuroMillions Plus draw were 11, 12, 16, 25 and 27.

As always, 10 ticket holders also picked up €5,000 each in the Raffle.
