DART delayed due to naked man on the tracks
Dart services were delayed near Seapoint this evening after a naked man refused to get off the track
According to a report in the Irish Times the man involved was a homeless man in his 50s, who had been sunbathing naked when he fell down a hill and onto the track.
The train was stuck just past Seapoint on the southside for a period of time until the man moved.

Eventually he accepted a high visibility jacket to cover his modesty.
An off-duty Guard on the train spoke to the man and eventually persuaded him not to walk all the way to Dun Laoghaire on the track.
The incident happened just after 7pm and normal service has now resumed.
