Woman who had sex with pitbull admits fork stabbing, biting child and trafficking cannabis
A 27-year-old woman who had sex with a dog will await her sentencing behind bars.
Footage of Jenna Louis Driscoll having sex with what is reported to be a pitbull terrier, was discovered when officers searched her phone for evidence of drug dealing in 2014.
"She was having intercourse with a mutt in each one", said police who arrested her.
Defence lawyer James Godbolt said Driscoll had sex with the dog at the request of her former partner and had been publically shamed.
She was remanded in custody to await sentencing by Judge Terry Martin after she also admitted stabbing someone with a fork, biting a child and trafficking cannabis.
The sentencing for her offenses was reserved, with the judge saying the acts of bestiality were “repulsive” and “against order of nature”.
RSPCA Queensland said at the time: “This isn’t something you’d normally expect, it’s quite unusual.
“Under the Animal Care Protection Act bestiality isn’t included. To take action and remove the dog we would have to prove actions there were cruel or that it was tormented.’
“The RSPCA would ideally like to get a dog out of the situation if bestiality was happening, but to operate under the act we would have to prove those two things.’
“We’d try to do everything we can to help the dog if that is the case.”
