The family of slain Real IRA man Vinnie Ryan have cemented his grave shut to prevent a violent gang from digging up his corpse.

The grave, which is also the final resting place of his brother Alan, has been daubed with spray paint in the past but now there are fears that rival thugs will desecrate the plot in a much more disgusting way.

So, to prevent Mr Big's evil gang from digging up the father-of-one to cause more distress to the family, the Ryans have covered the grave with concrete.

Gardai learned that Mr Big's mob plotted to dig up Vinnie Ryan's body to further stoke the ongoing fued they are having with dissident Republican group known as the Real IRA.

The gang, who are the chief suspects of the murder of both Alan and his younger brother Vinnie, have warned that they will continue to target the north Dublin family.

According to reports, a series of hoax online accounts have been created to mock the murdered brothers.

The scheme mirrors a storyline from RTE's hit gangster drama Love/Hate when Fran dug up Noely's mother and urinated on the corpse.
