Thugs violently rob fourth prostitute
A gang of brutes who have raked in more than €5,000 by robbing hookers over the last five months have struck again.
A Czech escort named “Alexandra” was targeted by the crime mob who beat her up and robbed her cash at a hotel in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
The vicious thief, who was posing as a punter, tied Alexandra up, punched her in the head and demanded her takings.
The hood made off with her phone and €1,000 in cash.
Gardai believe the gang are targeting prostitutes and are responsible for a string of raids, the first of which was in July.
“Prostitutes are being deliberately targeted and thieves aren’t afraid to use violence,” a source told the Irish Sun.
“The concern is there could be more attacks in the run-up to Christmas. Some of these women earn plenty and are considered easy targets.”
A friend of the victim said: “It’s not very nice when this happens. Alexandra has been left badly shaken.
“She was very concerned for her safety and has now left Dublin to return home.
“Everyone’s asking when is this going to stop because there are some very dangerous criminals out there who have no problem hurting young women. Some of the women are also afraid to come forwards as they think they’ll be treated as a criminal.”
