Schoolboy who raped his brother (5) and sister (4) is jailed
A schoolboy who raped his young siblings when he was between 13 and 14-years-old has been jailed for almost five years.
The youth, who is now 15-years-old initially denied the offences, but ultimately pleaded guilty at Liverpool Crown Court.
The teen rocked back and forth with his head in his hands during his trial.
The court heard that he had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ‘conduct disorder’ and ‘substance abuse disorder’.
The boy’s sister told police about her brother’s ‘disgusting and yucky’ crime after the offences came to light when their mum brought them home from school.
She says the girl made ‘unsolicited comments’ in front of her older brother, which he denied.
Prosecutor Charlotte Kenny told the court: “He protested his innocence. When they got home, he was seen to punch the wall in anger.”
The boy’s mother immediately contacted social services and told the trial that she feared her younger children would be impacted by the abuse in the future.
The teen admitted to raping and sexually assaulting his sister and two counts of rape against his brother and was jailed for four years and nine months and put on the Sex Offenders Register for life
