Paedophile boxing coach has Parkinson's disease

Twisted paedophile Frank Mulligan has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, it was reported.

The depraved sex attacker was cautioned by police earlier this week after he was spotted making “rude gestures” at children in a Dublin park.

The Irish Sun reports that the 69-year-old paedophile had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

“He’s recently been told he has Parkinson’s disease and he’s struggling to cope with the news,” a source told the paper.

“Mulligan considers himself a religious man but he has never apologised for the awful crimes he committed against innocent children.

“He may be unwell but he’s someone who could quite easily reoffend if he had the opportunity.”

Mulligan was released from Arbour Hill on Thursday the 13th of August after serving just seven-and-a-half years for raping young boys.
