Man arrested to face charges relating to Regency attack
A 46-year-old man will appear in court in Belfast tomorrow in connection to the murder of David Byrne, who was gunned down at the Regency Hotel in Dublin earlier this year.
The news was announced via the PSNI Twitter account

Since those tweets it has been reported that the offences in the Republic of Ireland refer to the gun attack on a boxing weigh-in at the Regency Hotel in Dublin in February that left David Byrne dead.
The PSNI have confirmed the link to the Regency investigation.

That incident then led to a major escalation of the Kinahan-Hutch feud that has continued all year, resulting in a number of brutal gun murders in Ireland as well as the murder of an innocent man in Spain.
