Gardai on the hunt for thieves who robbed cash during ATM refill
Gardai have confirmed that thieves made off with some cash after targeting staff as they were refilling an ATM today.
The incident took place at a convenience store on Donore Road, Drogheda, County Louth this afternoon, shortly after 3pm.
According to gardai, a cash box, containing a small amount of cash, was taken from security staff as they were refilling an ATM.
No injuries were reported.
According to the gardai, those responsible are still at large and no arrests have been made.
Garda also refused to confirm reports that the raiders were armed.
