Gardai investigating murder pull knife out of Dublin canal
Gardai investigating the murder of 24-year-old Paul Curran pulled a knife out of the Grand Canal yesterday.
Curran was stabbed to death in a vicious daytime attack at Seagull House on Rutland Avenue in Crumlin, Dublin on the 16th of July.
One man has been arrested in connection with the killing, but gardai are continuing their investigations.
The sub-aqua team searched the Grand Canal at Dolphins Barn yesterday when they found the weapon.
18-year-old Graham McEvoy from Captain’s Road in Crumlin, has been charged with the murder of Mr Curran.
The victim is the younger brother of David Curran who was jailed for life for killing two Polish men with a screwdriver in 2008.
