The extradition case of a man wanted by the PSNI in connection with the murder of a Belfast mother-of-three has been adjourned until next month at the High Court in Dublin.

Raymond O'Neill (37) is facing charges of murder and arson over the death of Jennifer Dornan, who was found stabbed to death in her burning house in Hazel View in the Lagmore area of west Belfast last August.

O'Neill, with a previous address in Summerhill Walk, Dunmurry, Belfast was detained earlier this month by gardai in Dublin on foot of a European Arrest Warrant.

At the High Court today, Ms Justice Aileen Donnelly said that points of objection to the extradition must be filed by Mr O'Neill's lawyers by March 7.

The judge remanded Mr O'Neill in custody until March 14, when the case will be mentioned again.
