Child killer Ian Huntley tells lags to call him female name Lian
The vicious child killer responsible for murdering two ten-year-old girls, Holly Marie Wells and Jessica Chapman, in 2002, is reportedly asking inmates to call him the female version of his name.
43-year-old monster Ian Huntley is reportedly asking lags to call him Lian, according to reports in The Sun.
The child murderer is serving a minimum of 40 years at Durham’s Frankland jail, in the UK and reportedly used his new name to sign a newspaper cutting for a friend.
A source told The Sun: “Huntley’s been telling everyone to call him Lian.
“It’s getting him loads of attention and he feels like a bit of a celebrity inside - which itself makes him feel a bit safer.
“He’s taking pleasure in signing everything for as many inmates as possible with his new name."
According to reports the notorious all-male prison, which houses the Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe, is selling make up at the canteen.
“The canteen sells eye shadow and foundation so, if (Huntley) wants to look more like a woman, he can,” the source said.
According to reports there are 80 transgender inmates in jail in England and Wales.
A Prison Service spokesman told The Sun that Huntley was not planning to switch gender.
