Cops in Liverpool have released an e-fit of a man who allegedly flashed his tackle at a woman walking with her family in Walton.

The appalled family reported seeing the pervert near the junction of Rice Lane and Brook Road at around 11:50pm on the 15th of September.

The man is described as white, in his 40s or 50s, 5ft 8in tall and with a stocky build, according to reports in the Liverpool Echo.

He was wearing a baseball cap, glasses, a black t-shirt and walked with a walking stick.

“This incident has, understandably, left the victim upset and shaken,” said Neighbourhood Inspector Sarah Jones.

“It happened in broad daylight and we are determined to bring the person responsible to justice.

“The victim has now helped us compile an e-fit picture of the offender and I would appeal to anyone who recognises him, recognises the description, or thinks they may know who it is, to get in touch with us.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Merseyside Police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
