Two Czech nationals in court charged with possessing forgery equipment
TWO Czech nationals are facing trial charged with possessing equipment to produce fake documentation.
David Kubicek, 24, of Kenilworth Park, Dublin 6 and Anna Entrambasaguas, 34, of Windsor Avenue, Fairview, north Dublin, are facing charges under section 29 of the Theft and Fraud Act.
They are accused of possessing a laminating machine and laminating paper for the purpose of making false instruments at Mr Kubicek's address on January 26th last.
Mr Kubicek faces an additional charge for having two fake Czech driving licence while Ms Entrambasaguas is also charged with having two bogus Irish driving licences, on the same date.
Judge Michael Walsh noted the case has been before the court on six occasions and directions from the DPP are still awaited.
Det Garda Richard Hampson asked for it to be adjourned until October and he explained that the delay was a result of needing assistance of a documents expert. The case resumes on October 20th.
