Jury sworn in for trial of Polish man accused of murder
A jury has been sworn in for the trial of a Polish man accused of murdering a man in Dublin over two years ago.
Andrzej Wawrzyniak (38) of no fixed abode is charged with murdering Jacek Kozakiewicz at Vallence & McGrath’s, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 on February 26, 2014.
This morning at the Central Criminal Court, Mr Wawrzyniak pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy told the jury of nine men and three women that the case would be ready to proceed on Wednesday and it would take two weeks.
