Dublin teen accused of dealing heroin had 'tick list', court hears

A DUBLIN youth accused of dealing heroin had a drug stash and a “tick list” in his home, a court heard.

The 17-year-old appeared at the Dublin Children's Court to face charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act for possessing heroin and diazepam tablets for sale or supply at his home in Ballymun on July 22 last year.

In an outline of the evidence, Garda Eamon Taaffe told Judge John O'Connor it would be alleged that a search was carried out resulting in a seizure of five bags of heroin and a quantity of diazepam tablets “along with a tick list”.

The youth was arrested later, the court heard.

He was accompanied to court by his father and his barrister. He was ordered to appear again on a later date when he will be expected to enter a plea.
