One Winner must be over 21 years of age. No alternative prize, cash or otherwise will be offered in lieu of any prize. Please note where insurance is included, we are not able to insure winners with pre-existing medical conditions.
Travel is valid until 31/03/2011 and is subject to advance booking and availability and may exclude some peak dates. The competition winner agrees to promotional photo shoot and for usage of such in various promotional material if required.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non changeable. Tour America reserve the right to change desired dates of trip Travel is valid until 31/03/2011, no extensions will be given. If the holiday is not completed before the 31/03/2011 it will be deemed to have been forfeited, and is subject to advance booking and availability and excludes some peak dates and bank holidays. If the winner does not give the full names of those travelling within 2 weeks of winning the prize, the prize will be deemed terminated.
Winner and guest(s) must hold valid passports and are responsible for any visa requirements. Winner and guest(s) are responsible for completing the new ESTA visa forms online, as required by US immigration.
Winner and guest(s) must hold valid travel insurance for the holiday duration and the promoter may require evidence of valid travel insurance prior to travel. Travel Insurance and transfers to/from Dublin airport are not included. The winner is solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased in the USA.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.
