Woman poisons family's milk with dead skin shavings
A woman has been accused of putting dead skin shavings from her feet into milk and then serving it to family members at her home in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
Sarah Schrock, 56, was arrested last Wednesday and charged with poisoning or contaminating food, which became her third arrest in nine days, having already been charged with three counts of assault and failure to comply with a peace order.
She could be facing up to 25 years in jail for the poisoning or contaminating of food charge.
Schrock allegedly handed Jessica Whitney Hurry and Allison Depriest the contaminated beverage last Monday.
Depriest immediately began choking and gagging and claimed she coughed up what she thought was dead human skin.
Hurry then also started gagging. She poured the drink through a kitchen strainer and made the disgusting find.
56-year-old Schrock was arrested at a motel in Charlotte Hall on Wednesday.
The police were told by Hurry that Schrock kept “trays of dead skin shavings from her feet” in her room and that they were a result of her suffering from diabetes.
