Video: Two-year-old toddler saves twin trapped under fallen dresser
Little Bowdy Shoff showed strength beyond his young years to rescue his twin brother Brock from underneath a fallen dresser.
Dramatic footage of the rescue was rescued by the family's 'nanny cam' and the twin's father Ricky Shoff posted the incredible clip to Facebook with the message: 'I've been a little hesitant to post this. But I feel it's not only to bring awareness, but it is also incredible. We are so grateful for the bond that these twin brothers share. We know Bowdy was not alone in moving the dresser off of Brock. And feel blessed that he is ok. Please make sure all your dressers are bolted and secured to the wall. Please share.'
The amazing clip shows Brock squirming underneath the dresser after it toppled onto him while he tried to climb it.
First Bowdy tries to lift the dresser off his twin before eventually pushing it off him, freeing his brother.
The full video shows the dangers of unsecured furniture with toddlers as it shows the dresser fall on top of Brock as he tries to clamber to the top using the shelves.
Speaking to NBC mum Kayli issued a warning to other parents. “Everybody needs to bolt down their dressers to the wall," she said. "We just didn’t think about it.”
