A ferocious storm has blown a freight train off a bridge in New Orleans
An intense series of storms have hit the US city of New Orelans and they have brought heavy rain, thunder and gusts of wind of over 100mph.
But by far the most serious consequence so far has been this terrifying incident.
The Huey P. Long Bridge is a landmark in the city and it carries both cars and trains over the Mississippi River and up to a dozen carriages from a Union Pacific freight train were blown off a track leading up to the bridge this morning.
The footage of the incident was captured by local ABC station WGNO and the authorities are now assessing the damage to the track.
Luckily nobody was injured in the incident.
