An ingenious bit of 'pornterruption' in a Game of Thrones porn spoof has been a huge success for a testicular cancer awareness movement.

'Game of Balls' debuted online at roughly the same time as the new series of Game of Thrones appeared on TV last month.

However, the porn spoof version of the hit show had a message buried in it that had been planted there by an Australian cancer charity called The Blue Ball Foundation.

In one 'intimate' scene, actress Eva Lovia breaks character to explain to the men watching the correct way to check for testicular cancer.

The sneaky bit of heath information has now been viewed 2.5 million times and the Playwithyourself.org site set up by the charity to tell men how to check themselves has had over 300,000 hits.

Here is the 'censored' scene as it apears in the film

And here is Eva explaining a bit more about the awareness campaign

The guy who came up with the idea, Ben Welsh said: “We’re always looking for surprising new ways to reach people with messages that matter. This time we really caught men with their pants down – and all for a good cause.”
