Norman Smith had a most unfortunate slip when talking about Nigel Farage on the BBC this morning.

Speaking about UKIP, and what they need to do in the aftermath of the UK General Election, Smith was trying to quote some criticisms of the party by campaign director Patrick O'Flynn.

Flynn was speaking of the influence of leader Farage on the party and he feared that UKIP could become a 'personality cult'. However, when Smith tried to read that line, he made a dreadful mistake with the final word, before rapidly correcting himself.
