Tens of thousands of people have taken their clothes off for 'No Pants Subway Ride' day.

People from all over the world - from New York to Madrid- have gone about their daily commute by taking off their undergarments to travel on Sunday. (10.01.16).

The pant-less commuters were taking part in the 15th 'No Pants Subway Ride', which was started by comedy group from New York called Improv Everywhere.

Taking to their website, improveverywhere.com, they wrote: "The participants behave as if they do not know each other, and they all wear winter coats, hats, scarves, and gloves. The only unusual thing is their lack of pants."
