The holiday rental site HomeAway have rounded up a selection pf extravagant homes stars have lived in or previously owned and have listed the luxurious properties online for travellers to enjoy.

The homes available to stay in include the late 'Fly Me To The Moon' hitmaker's Woodland Hills mansion situated in Los Angeles overlooking the entire city, Meryl Streep's getaway the Hammerstein Highland House in Jamaica, as well as the Hyannis Condo in Rhode Island, which actor Adam Sandler, Tony Bennett and The Beach Boys have jetted off to.

The late Elizabeth Taylor's former Palm Springs home in Los Angeles is also available to enjoy, as well as 68-year-old fashion designer Donna Karan's North Caicos abode named Sandy Point Villa, which boasts a beachfront view, five bedrooms large enough to sleep 16 people, six bathrooms and a gymnasium.

The properties boast an array of features form a 50-inch HD TV, Jacuzzi and a private decking area, whilst other hotspots come fully staffed with chefs, butlers, a housekeeper, a laundress and a gardener.
