Survey reveals age people feel you're 'too old' for tattoos, football shirts and skinny jeans
At what age are you 'too old' for tattoos, festivals or skinny jeans? This survey claims to have the answer.
The survey, conducted by a retirement planning company called retiresavvy in the UK polled 2,000 people and asked them at what age they believed people were too old for all sorts of activities, items of clothing and behaviour.
And the answers are a lot younger than you might think.
For example, the survey says that the cut off point for selfies is 34, that having tattoos and getting drunk in public is a no go after 38 and that by the age of 40, going on a boys or girls holiday should be off the agenda.
Other 'too old' marks suggested are that reality TV should be gone from your life at 41, football shirts at 42 and festivals at 45.
Long hair and bikinis should not happen past 46, skinny jeans by 47 and you should be off Facebook and no longer wear trainers by 49.
Of course, we think this is all nonsense and if you want to go to Electric Picnic in a bikini and brand new Yeezys at 80 then more power to you.
The poll was based on when people began to 'judge' others for certain traits but if you don't care what others think, which you shouldn't, then keep on behaving just how you want.
