Russian government issues guide to prevent deaths caused by selfies
After at least 10 'deaths by selfies' this year, the Russian government has issued guidelines to its citizens on how to take 'safe selfies'.
Ten people have died while taking selfies in Russia so far this year, the most recent a woman who fell off a bridge in Moscow.
Over 100 people are also reported to have been injured while taking selfies in Russia in 2015.
The guidelines, which you can see below, warn Russians against taking selfies on train tracks, on electricty pylons, on boats and near wild animals or guns.
All sound advice.
