The Milk Cup yesterday turned ugly when the Northern Ireland and Mexico U19s fixture erupted into violent scenes.

The game witnessed four players being sent off - three on the Mexican side and one on the Northern Ireland side.

In the second half a brawl broke out between the players as the home team took a 2-1 lead.

One of the Northern Ireland players is seen falling to the ground when a Mexican player aims a kick at his head right in front of the referee.

Mexico's Raul Monala Gudino, Carlos Arreola and Kevin Gutierrez were sent off with Northern Ireland's Robbie McDaid also being dismissed.

Northern Ireland manager Stephen Craigan said that he was left "disgusted" by the scenes witnessed in Coleraine.
