Man sets world record for highest bungee biscuit dunk
A man has achieved a world record for the highest bungee biscuit dunk.
The 24-year-old dipping champion Simon Berry completed the highest bungee dunk in Berkshire by using a chocolate hobnob, and submersed the much-loved biscuit in a mug of tea hanging from a platform around 75 metres high.
Speaking to the Telegraph Online about his win, Simon said: "It was pretty difficult - the team helped by getting me roughly in there in the right place, but going down and having to nail that cup of tea was pretty tricky.
"(It was) absolutely incredible - the feeling in my chest and seeing everyone's smiles, it was fantastic."
Simon was desperate to remember his triumph as a record breaker he documented the biscuit challenge with a camera strapped to his head, which showed him holding one wrist over the other to get a solid grip and precision of the biscuit as it plummeted towards its target.
