Joe Caslin has installed a second mural on the side of a castle
The artist behind the George's Street mural of two gay men embracing has installed a second project on the side of a castle in the west of Ireland.
The biodegradable piece was installed over the weekend on a 15-century castle near Craughwell in Galway.
It follows the installation and subsequent decay of a mural at the corner of South Great George’s Street in Dublin .

This one, he told the Irish Times, was “To show love, that’s essentially what it is, the equality that people should have no matter what sort of a relationship they’re in.”
He added the former one was installed in one of the most urban areas in the country, and that this “insanely rural” female piece was to add some balance to the debate.
Caslin said he wanted to compliment the “very urban” male piece in Dublin with the latest one.
