Dog 'crashes' tractor on busy motorway
A tractor drove from a field and onto a busy motorway in Scotland after a dog accidentally pushed the controls this morning.
The incident happened on the M74 near a place called Abingdon, about 40kms south of Glasgow.
According to Scottish police the dog set the tractor in motion and it crashed out of the field it was in, across the motorway and into the central reservation.
A Traffic Scotland spokesman said: "The dog accidentally leaned on the controls and the vehicle made its way out of the field and onto the M74."
Nobody was hurt in the incident and the dog is also reported to have escaped unhurt.
