Cyclist who filmed "attack" by driver urged to contact police
A video posted yesterday on YouTube appears to show a cyclist being knocked down and attacked by a furious van driver.
The footage of the incident was filmed by a camera mounted on the cyclist's helmet.
As reported by the BBC, the van in the film appears to be owned by Taylor Landscaping, a company based in Billericay, Essex.
The BBC reported that they been unable contact the company for a comment.
An Essex Police spokeswoman told the BBC that a man had voluntarily attended Chelmsford police station to give an account of the incident.
"It has now been established that this incident took place in the Hornchurch area and the matter has been passed to the Metropolitan Police to investigate," she added.
