Curry helps you live longer
Eating curry is 10 percent more likely to make you live longer, a new study has found.
Spicy dishes such as an Indian tikka masala or a vindaloo could extend your lifespan.
Those who eat meals with chilies in them regularly have a 14 percent lower risk of death.
Although if you like a beer or glass of wine with your Indian takeaway, it wipes out all the goodness.
And if you don't exercise you are less likely to reap the benefits.
According the Daily Mirror newspaper, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences found spice eaters were far less likely to die if they contracted life-threatening illness, including diabetes, cancer and respiratory diseases.
