Britons experience 'years of stress'
Britons experience 6.5 years of stress over a lifetime, according to new research.
A study, commissioned by SureMaxPro, shows that Brits suffer two hours 28 minutes of stress each day, with women feeling stressed for 17 minutes longer than men.
This is equivalent to six years seven months over a lifetime for females and six years two months over a lifetime for males.
What's more, the study found that stress levels reach their peak on a Monday at 11.49am, while Londoners are said to experience the highest amount of stress per day, at three hours and nine minutes.
