Video: The Edge took an awful fall off the stage on the first night of U2's world tour
U2 opened their world tour last night in Vancouver but one scary looking moment involving The Edge has stolen the headlines.
The band kicked off their Innocence and Experience tour, which will play smaller indoor venues around the world for the next eight months, with a show at the Rogers Arena in the Canadian city.
Reviews this morning have been good, with the local paper the Vancouver Sun calling the show 'bombastic and conceptual'.
However the viral moment of the gig happened during a rendition of 'I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For' when The Edge got too close to the edge (sorry) of the stage and fell off.
The fall looks quite dramatic, but all reports suggests he was fine and played on.
