One to watch: Irishman Trevor Kaneswaran with an exquisite Whitney cover
His brother is a singer in one of the UK's most notable boybands, but Trevor Kaneswaran is an entity unto himself.
The Irish singer-songwriter, based in London, has enjoyed some minor success in the UK recently, gigging in various small venues in the capital.
His YouTube uploads have gained thousands of views and his latest offering is nothing short of exquisite.
Recorded at an old building in Brick Lane, Kaneswaran dedicated the Whitney cover to his late Aunt Bridget, who sadly passed away.
"I really tried to make the song my own in a style that I like to play", Trevor told the Sunday World.
"I was inspired to do the song to dedicate it to my late Aunt Bridget McMillan who lost her battle with cancer recently."
Definitely one to watch out for. Enjoy.
