Liam Neeson in talks to star in A Willing Patriot
Liam Neeson is in final negotiations to star in new action movie 'A Willing Patriot'.
The 62-year-old actor, who'd previously suggested he wouldn't appear in another action film, will play a CIA agent who tries to outsmart and capture a terrorist in the Martin Zandvliet-directed movie.
Producer Marc Butan said: "Liam Neeson is one of the defining actors of our generation and audiences will love him in this role.
"After seeing Martin's new film 'Land Of Mine', we knew he was an incredible storyteller and the perfect match to collaborate with Liam."
This comes after Liam revealed he doesn't film a fight scene more than three times because he fears he'll get "exhausted".
The 62-year-old actor - who starred as ex-covert operative Bryan Mills in the 'Taken' franchise - said: "Each shot depends on lot of things but at the third, I'm exhausted, so we try not to repeat each scene more than three times.
"We rehearse a lot fights so that when we shot there is no accident and no punch, at least until now."
Meanwhile, Liam previously revealed: "I get sent quite a few action-orientated scripts, which is great. I'm not knocking it. It's very flattering. But there is a limit of course."
