“ Our Beer is all about a fusion of natural ingredients and crafted production. We are blessed here in Arthurstown, Co Wexford to be able to grow award winning , wheat ,oats and barley that is infused by the sea salt air.
"Our director and farmer Tosh Crosby is able to provide us with natural world class produce all within less than a kilometre from our brewery. This along with our natural sweet water from our ancient well on the Dunbrody estate ensures we have ingredients that are the envy of the world.
"These ingredients fused with the expertise of local Brew Master Kieran Bird and myself helps create those magical crafted beer tastes”.
Already supplying SuperValu and Centra with the exclusive Kings Bay range of Irish Pale Ale and Irish Red Ale, the brewery launched another range of Dunbrody Red and Dunbrody Pale for general launch in the on and off trade.
“We would like to thank SuperValu and Centra for their help and assistance in getting our wonderful range of exclusive Kings Bay ales onto the market and we already have reorders which is truly exciting, we are now looking forward to getting our new Dunbrody range out through the Vanguard network and other distributors.”
“I have always been passionate about the importance of great ingredients in food and great ingredients in beer is just as important.
"We are currently employing 5 people in this new venture and hope to create 5 more jobs by the end of 2016 as we expand our markets into the UK and North America. We would also like to thank the Wexford Enterprise Board, Bord Bia and AIB for their continued support.
