The actor, who made his name as a wrestler, is famous for his extreme fitness regime and he has revealed to Muscle and Fitness magazine the diet he uses to fuel his workout schedule.
Combined with lots of heavy duty gym sessions, this is the diet that produces the famous physique.
MEAL 1: 10 oz (284g) cod, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal
MEAL 2: 8 oz cod (227g), 12 oz (340g) sweet potato, 1 cup veggies
MEAL 3: 8 oz chicken (227g), 2 cups white rice, 1 cup veggies
MEAL 4: 8 oz (227g) cod, 2 cups rice, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbsp fish oil
MEAL 5: 8 oz (227g) steak, 12 oz (340g) baked potato, spinach salad
MEAL 6: 10 oz (284g) cod, 2 cups rice, salad
MEAL 7: 30g casein protein, 10 egg-white omelette, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbsp omega-3 fish oil
